That Movie Gay #2016

So this is what happened when I saw the first Olympus Has Fallen, a 1 Star review for all those too lazy to click the link and read an epic ass rant, so how did LONDON HAS FALLEN go in comparison?

In all honesty re-reading my review of the first film, I could copy and paste that and enter it in here for my dear readers, but I repeat y'all so here is so new content on how Americans and action movies imitating reality can be dangerous.

So Brussels happened, France happened, Pakistan happened, most recently, so what does Hollywood do, give Terrorists more ideas and goals, except for in this case as long as the President of the USA and Britain live all is fine. Spoiler Alert!

Wow re-reading a bit of my last review I really had the claws out and in a US election year some may wish this future on Trump or Cruz. Although they won't win will they?

Anyway all in all this film was such a stock standard US/Hollywood, big budget shot em up, Middle Eastern's are bad, we can use drones and kill who ever and then you retaliate so we look like the victims and then lets bomb some more, have more troops killed and we start this whole thing over again.

The world needs superheros and unfortunately this ain't no Superman, Batman or Captain America. Thank god for some of the corny humour and it also seemed like they didn't take themselves as seriously as the first film. I am going to give it more than one star but only just as some of the action and effects were pretty top notch.

Honestly this will appeal to a small percentage of people and when action, sequels, spin offs and not much else are on the cinema cards for the rest of 2016 this one will be filed under only if you have a spare 90 minutes PLUS ads.

That is why it gets 2 STARS, it kept it's running time down and it was better than the first one, still it's pretty lowest common denominator stuff, so if you like Kyle & Jackie O, read the Daily Telegraph and are one of the ten people watching Reno Rumble maybe give this one a go.

Bye...
