December Comedies on Netflix

In the lead up to Christmas what else do we need? Comedy. Yes, when people at the shops/streets have their settings to full blown thunder cunt mode, one needs a good comedy on their chosen streaming service.

Netflix has loaded two stand up specials, one Michelle Wolf (yes the Correspondence Dinner Michelle Wolf) and Ronny Chieng.

Michelle Wolf's December special is Joke Show, the follow up to the 2017 stand up special Nice Lady.

Ronny Chieng (who I have been lucky enough to see in Parramatta (of all places) a few years back) has his special Asian Comedian Destroys America!.

Following his ABC show Ronny Chieng: International Student, his work on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, not to mention his appearance in the brilliant Crazy Rich Asians.

Ronny has come a long way since his work in Australia. He is an outstanding performer and since I have meet him, he is super friendly in real life too.

Ronny you my friend are a legend, this latest special is also perfect for pre-Christmas stress relief. Michelle, I want to meet you, I loved a Nice Lady, I really enjoyed Joke Show too, so thank you both. As Sydney/most of Australia burns, you my friends have given us real joy.

Comedy is such a treat, Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Apple+, Amazon Prime can you please give us more comedy, please?
