SPOILER ALERT AHEAD!
Last year the season finale had some big moments (recap of season two finale here) but this season, it was wild!
Okay yesterday I talked about the already renewed Empire season five snoozrfest finale, now it's time for Lee Daniels Star show. Ok so we did see Jahil's ghost at the start of season three, however all can be forgiven as the show just went from strength to strength in season three.
Unfortunately a fourth season is not on the cards (yet) however I feel the show has performed well on FOX and without much each happening at the station, we could see another season yet.
OK recap, so Game of Thrones had it's own red wedding, now Alex Crane has had her red wedding moment. But first RIP Miss Ruby, that scene was brutal, it was raw, rough and hammered home Star's stand on gun violence, it's wrong and change is required, NOW!
The wedding which we waited for during the ASA's, bachelor party and a few other loose ends being tied up. However the wedding and the less few scenes were intense. Alex's stalker returned after a romp with Derek the night before, but then gun men again take fire.
This year Brandy AKA Cassie Brown was shot, lying in Queen Latifah's arms, newcomer for the season may only last one season Mateo was also shot as was Angel after surviving a car bomb the week prior. Drama!
If all this sounds like Game of Thrones, well it felt like it. Star and Noah also returned to find their baby missing and newcomer Jackson on the floor, maybe dead too. WTF so many lives in the balance, can we please get season four? Please FOX?
Upfronts for the US networks happen soon, so the wait shouldn't be too intense, however for now, please more Star, please!
