Chaos Walking is the latest sci-fi flop at cinemas.
Following the woeful Cosmic Sin, Chaos Walking is also a monster cluster fuck of a film.
Starring Star Wars lead Daisy Ridley alongside Spiderman Tom Holland.
Starring TV royalty Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal), Demián Bichir (The Bridge and Grand Hotel), Cynthia Erivo (The Outsider), Nick Jonas (a Jonas Brother!), and David Oyelowo.
Basic plot, no spoilers, Chaos Walking follows a young man (Holland) who lives in a dystopian world where there are no women and all living creatures can hear each other's thoughts in a stream of images, words, and sounds called "Noise." When a woman (Ridley) crash lands onto the planet, he must help her escape danger.
Apparently the movie (like a lot of post COVID movies) seemed to have a lot of issues before getting release. I wonder why these studios decide to roll out these shit shows. Cosmic Sin was an epic fail, Chaos Walking is a fail, but slightly better than last week's sci-fi shit show.
1 Star for Tom Hollands well developing body. 24 and going strong. Looking forward to a more mature Spiderman in coming years.
