Station 19's fifth season finale felt almost like a series finale. With Grey's Anatomy surely coming to an end soon, that would likely spell the end for Shonda Rhimes number two Thursday drama.

I feel like we are at the crossroads with US network dramas right now. With streaming stealing most decent dramas, no restrictions with language or content. Shonda Rhimes has already shined her star bright on Netflix with Bridgerton (similar to Still Star Crossed (formally on ABC) just successful.
Station 19 is easy viewing. Jay Hayden is super easy on the eye, whilst his Seattle mayor storyline could be the one interesting reason to stick around for season six later in 2022.
Season five has been a real mixed bag for the folks at Station 19. Deaths, drama, life saving efforts while crossing over with the parent show a few times. You can catch all your favourite firefighters from Seattle (well it's actually filmed in LA with some dodgy exterior shoots) on Disney+
