Yes todays catch up series is from USA pay channel, Starz (Power, P Valley and Spartacus) and focuses on two sisters, Emma and Lyn.

Literally from Wikipedia this sums up the stars and main plot. Melissa Barrera, Mishel Prada, Carlos Miranda, Maria-Elena Laas and Roberta Colindrez star in Vida. It tells the story of two Mexican-American sisters who move back to their childhood home in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles after the death of their mother.

Shit hits the fan often, the sex is full on and Stan in Australia have backed a winner in gaining access to all Starz programming.

Vida is an interesting watch over three easy to watch seasons. With the episodes averaging around 30 minutes in length, you can breeze through all three seasons relatively quickly.

I like Emma and Lyn for different reasons but it was Johnny Sanchez who kept me bingeing episode after episode. what a talent Carlos Miranda is.
