Warning: This post contains major spoilers from Big Sky‘s fall finale. Proceed accordingly.
Not sure where this show will land on Australian TV but for now in the USA, the latest David E. Kelley show is five episodes in. Originally the series was meant to be a ten episode first season, now it has an expanded 16 episode order.
The shows basic plot is as follows.
Private detectives Cassie Dewell and Cody Hoyt join forces with Cody's estranged wife, ex-cop Jenny Hoyt, to search for two sisters who have been kidnapped by a truck driver on a remote highway in Montana. But when they discover that these are not the only girls who have disappeared in the area, they must race against the clock to stop a killer before another woman is taken.
The cast includes John Carroll Lynch, Dedee Pfeiffer, Ryan Phillippe and Katheryn Winnick. But don't get too excited about seeing Ryan Phillippe again on the small screen. Mini spoiler.
So five episodes in its time for a mid season break. The show will be back late January, with a few answers to come.
Will John Carroll Lynch as Rick Legarski die from what looked like a fatal shot at the end of the episode? How will the three girls survive? What will happen to Brian Geraghty who plays the other baddie Ronald Pergman?
Looks like we will have to wait till late January. January is actually looking quite busy for US network TV now. Both 9-1-1 series returning, All American, Prodigal Son and Zoey's Playlist all coming back. Bring it on!
