Streamline is the latest Aussie film to get a release. However with cinemas closed in Australia's two main states, this has landed on Stan. Teenage swimmer Benjamin Lane faces problems after his father leaves jail. Even swimming star Ian Thorpe makes a little cameo.
But that's where the excitement sadly ends.
Streamline is written and directed by Tyson Wade Johnston, marking his directorial debut.
Fingers crossed we get to return to the cinema (@ 75% capacity of course) once we hit 70% in NSW. So this will just get filed under something I watched on Stan while I waited for Billions, Power and Heels to load on a Sunday afternoon.
There were some shining lights in the film. Like Wentworth's Hunter Page-Lochard and lead Levi Miller.
No scored review here, for those go to IMDB.
Until next time. Sleep tight!
