The sixth season of Legends of Tomorrow has just concluded with an episode titled The Fungus Amongus.
The sixth season has had a fairly consistent run of its 15 episodes. The season commenced back in early May. When we weren't locked down. Remember that?
The show has had a large number of cast members. However, Caity Lotz, Tala Ashe, Jes Macallan, Olivia Swann, Amy Louise Pemberton, Nick Zano, Dominic Purcell, Adam Tsekhman and Shayan Sobhian, Lisseth Chavez and Matt Ryan return for the sixth outing. Next season will see less of OG cast member Dominic Purcell while Matt Ryan will no longer play Constantine. He will return as new character Gwyn Davies.
So yes, that is right as bat shit crazy as season six was a seventh season will actually be here sooner than you think. Season seven will commence mid next month.
The 100th episode will also air next season.
So, is season six worth watching? In all honesty like The Flash, I would be super surprised if season seven is not the last. They get their 100th episode next season, the cast have almost all completely changed. The show is really tired, lacks direction along with running very low on new story ideas.
We got a small cliff-hanger (as even the cast through the script said everything tied up nicely) with after returning young Bishop to 2212, a second Waverider appears and destroys the first before disappearing, stranding the Legends.
Honestly The CW let's get more shows like All American or The Republic of Sarah (whoops you axed that one after one season) or Kung Fu. The DC shows are really starting to wear thin. Like super thin.
