MAY DAY (TV Month): The Leftovers {Season 3}

The third and final series of HBO Rapture drama concludes in a few weeks time after taking 2016 off. HBO is really feeling the push with Game of Thrones concluding next year and the holes left in their schedule.

The Leftovers is a low rating but fan favourite drama at the former king of pay per view series.

Justin Theroux just oozes sex all over the screen a lot of time as he plays the complete anti hero. And the supporting cast are all strong as the series moves down under in it's final season.

Yes Melbourne, Australia is the setting for where this story from Lost co-creator Damien Lindelof will wrap up.



Unfortunately like Lost the first series was by far the best and really this could have been a one season wonder where you as the viewer wanted more not less.

Season two was a little lacklustre followed by a year off and now the show is really struggling in my eyes to wrap things up and give the viewer a decent send off.

Stories with a limited places to go should really go off with all questions answered but something tells me when the eighth and final episode of this seasons credits roll I may still be scratching my head, why did I keep this show on my books? Oh yeah that's right Justin Theroux's booty.
