Bad Mothers

Channel Nine isn't having much luck with drama's lately, Bite Club (probably not coming back), Doctor Doctor (woeful, first episode was a massive turn off), Hyde & Seek was decent but short lived and a reboot of SeaChange and Halifax FP is coming back as Halifax - Retribution.

So how does Bad Mothers rate? Well with MAFS as a lead it, it should be smashing it, but it's audience dropped from just under 700K viewers with episode one to just under 500K this week.

Wrapping up before Easter we have three more episodes of this series to find out who killed Charlotte.

Spoiler alert if you haven't seen any of the series yet, Melissa George dies episode one! Yes episode one!

Dan Hany and Daniel McPherson try their best as two of the husbands to these Bad Mothers, whilst with Melissa George out of the way Tess Haubrich, Jessica Tovey, Mandy McElhinney AKA Rhonda and Shalom Brune-Franklin round up the Bad Mothers.

This show is nowhere near the top shelf Aussie drama like Secret City or Wentworth, it also plays a lot like Playing for Keeps (surprisingly coming back for a second season on the troubled Ten network) with a murder mystery that is actually not that interesting.

Honestly both Playing for Keeps and Bad Mothers didn't need murder to create more interest they needed better scripts.

This show is easy to watch trash why you do your fourth load of washing for the week when it's only Tuesday.

Bad Mothers, screens on Channel Nine.
