Cinema Slut #2019 - Destroyer

Nicole Kidman is on a roll, Big Little Lies in TV land, amazing, Lion, local, amazing true (based on) story, brilliant, Aquaman in the blockbuster/comic book sphere sensational and Boy Erased, touching and excellent.

Destroyer continues Nicole's new era, she is unrecognisable and delivers and award winning (almost) performance.

Destroyer is dark, twisted and rough AF. I loved this new direction for Nicole and she works on this film with fantastic female director Karyn Kusama.



The pacing at times and near the end is very slow, however I was 100% along for the ride. I am so excited to see more Kidman in the upcoming second season of Big Little Lies, however for now, this is screening and it's excellent.

For a cinema experience you won't forget in a while, Destroyer is on now and gets a solid 3.5 Stars
