Cinema Slut #2019 - Hotel Mumbai

Will keep this review short, not only cause I'm short on time, but this film is just awesome. Unfortunately I saw it the day after the terrors of what unfolded in New Zealand, however this is a tale that needed to be told and it was told so well and the acting was beyond perfect.



Dev Patel has always been excellent, but hot damn give the boy some awards and cred for this amazing part.

This Australian/US/Indian co production is so well done that I believe for the coming AACTA Awards this should clean sweep the categories.

The production looks a million bucks, all the cast are sensational from the terrorists to the victims. This was an awful day for Mumbai in 2008 and my thoughts are with anyone effected. Not just in Mumbai but any terror events worldwide, from yesterday to the many mass shootings in the US to Port Arthur more locally.

Hotel Mumbai is outstanding, 4.75 Stars. So near perfect.
