Friday is national Stress Down day, this is in support of Lifeline and the amazing work they do, Every minute a new call is made to Lifeline's 24 hour 13 11 14 crisis support service.

How your donation will help:
• $20 will help a person in emotional crisis connect with a Lifeline telephone volunteer
• $75 will help train a member of the community with basic suicide awareness and prevention skills
• $250 will train somebody with the skills and confidence to intervene to save a suicidal persons life
• $2500 will provide Lifeline with another trained telephone volunteer (up to 83 hours of training)
