Summer Streamin' 24 - Lioness - Season Two

Lioness (formerly in season one, known as Special Ops: Lioness) is another Taylor Sheridan/Paramount+ series which just concluded last night.

Back in May this year, the series was renewed for a second season which premiered late October.

In the season season, as the CIA’s fight against terror moves closer to home, Joe, Kaitlyn, and Byron enlist a new Lioness operative to infiltrate a previously unknown threat. With pressure mounting from all sides, Joe is forced to confront the profound personal sacrifices she has made as the leader of the Lioness program.

With an all star cast including Zoe Saldaña, Michael Kelly, Morgan Freeman & Nicole Kidman, the show is deserves the credit it's getting in its second run.

With ad's all over World Square Sydney for all the Paramount+ series currently screening. From the upcoming Dexter prequel to this and The Agency.

So as the war in Lioness sets, it's still Taylor Sheridan season with Yellowstone setting its final (ever) episode, this time next week, Landman halfway through its excellent first run and 1923 set to return in February.

So listing all those titles just there, Lioness may not be Sheridan's best work, however season two did ramp up the drama, action. Zoe Saldaña is also excellent across all eight episodes.

Paramount+ through a big amount of Taylor Sheridan's output is finally coming into its own as a streaming service.
