Well it is a year for the female vocalists, we have new releases from Madonna, Ms Kasey Chambers, Alanis Morissette & Erykah Badu all on the way.
But this diva deserves more media attention than the current Celine shows (Just fuck off back to Vega already you tired old tranny).
Roisin opened her set with the terrific "Cry Baby", a hard beat with her driving vocals this proved to be a HUGE crowd smash!
She belted out tracks from her amazing 2nd solo release "Overpowered", "You Know Me Better", "Sow Into You", "Dear Miami", "Let Me Know" and the title track to her latest disc went off!
The set went just over midnight and nearly every party child, queen and disco diva was completely satisfied with the sweet electronic sounds from the new queen of cool electro dance Roisin Murphy.
This will be one concert I will not forgot easily, and nor will the rest of the few hundred packed out Metro Theatre.
