Generation (Genera+ion) is yet another HBO Max series that premiered back in March. The show recently concluded when I just binged all 16 episodes. Lucky they are not hour long. The longest is only around 37 minutes.
Genera+ion features an ensemble cast, centring around a group of high school students in the OC (nothing like the wholesome OC show), California.
Exploring the students sexuality in a modern app and mobile phone world.
Featuring loads of newcomers Martha Plimpton, Justice Smith, Chloe East, Michael Johnston as Ollie, Nava Mau, Haley Sanchez, Uly Schlesinger, Nathanya Alexander as Arianna, Lukita Maxwell, Chase Sui Wonders, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett alongside HBO True Blood royalty Sam Trammell.
Genera+ion is a super easy watch while being typical HBO with lots of sex, great music with some serious issues being covered.
