After five long seasons, Queen of the South is now officially done and dusted.
The series premiered all the way back in June, 2016, taking a COVID break last year, concluding on June 9, 2021, with a grand total of 62 episodes.
The fifth and final season, ended with a real bang.

The fifth series had zero filler and mostly killer with its final ten episodes. Reducing the episode count of a season to ten episodes from the regular thirteen in my mind helped the plot move along more seamlessly.
I believe the fifth season will land on Netflix again soon in Australia however for now this is another one of my long(ish) running series calling it a day in 2021.
