Move this May with a Spin/RPM class


I am moving this May and I hope you are. I struggled through a tough SPIN/RPM class last night and tonight a double at the brilliant Sydney Uni gym, Grit and cxworks.

Grit is 30 minutes of intense weight training, push ups, squats and active movements and cxworks is all about the core and again 30 minutes. Along with walking around 10,000 steps a day this week I am happy with my Movement at the start of May.

It's Mother's Day this Sunday so move along with your amazing Mother, Aunty, Granny, fake Aunty, lady friend whatever just MOVE.
