Minx is yet another HBO Max series which landed on March 17, 2022. Airing double episodes over five weeks, this sexy, dick filled comedy-drama has given us plenty of dicks with pubes over autumn.
Created and written by Ellen Rapoport and starring Ophelia Lovibond and Jake Johnson, the series concluded whilst I was in Phuket, however my TV catch up period has commenced.
Set in the 1970s, a young feminist from Los Angeles joins forces with a low-rent publisher to create the first women's erotic magazine. She's boisterous and starry-eyed, and said low-rent publisher is looking to make some quick bucks. This unlikely alliance sees the characters learning about life while finding meaningful relationships in the most odd places.
Starring Ophelia Lovibond as the lead, alongside Idara Victor, Oscar Montoya, Jessica Lowe, Lennon Parham, Michael Angarano, Jake Johnson and Taylor Zakhar Perez was cast as firefighter Shane.
The series is fun, racy whilst also having heart. It streams on Stan in Australia whilst of course overseas it is featured on the streaming platform of HBO, HBO Max. Which has some serious content out now or coming soon.
If you are finding the TV landscape too much right now, I hear you. However I will keep this pace with an Amazon original film shortly. Until then, happy Sunday/first day of May 2022. A pinch and punch for the first day of the month. LOLZ
