@ the Movies 2012 - Bait {3D}

I love Aussie cinema and I love all styles of Aussie cinema and for an action/horror/shark film Bait is actually a surprisingly fun night out at the cinema.

The cast is massive with Martin Sacks from Blue Heelers, Xavier Samuel proving he is popular Australian property, Lincoln Lewis showing off his looks he definitely didn't inherit from Wally & some ladies most likely from Home & Away.

The plot is ridiculous, the fact a shark got into a shopping centre after a huge tidal wave is very unbelievable and the fact the shop flooded enough for the shark to have enough water to survive in.  But anyway, Julian McMahon and Dan Wyllie play the bad guys who also happen to at the time be robbing the said shopping centre.  Julian turns good but man has that man had work.  I know he was on Nip/Tuck but damn girl

So it's all sounding a little wrong and bad, actually though it was fun and I enjoyed myself for the full ninety minutes or so.

For Xavier and Lincoln fans here is a hump day relief

Here's to the long weekend and if you have some spare time, maybe give this one a go in place of all the other dodgy school holiday flicks, Bait in 3D rates 3 shark fin soup stars.
